Can I add more brands later?
Yes. Hit your 10-brand cap and you can either upgrade to Pro ($499 / 30 brands) or earn additional permanent slots through direct-conversion referrals (see the partner program).
What happens to the brief if a client cancels their work with my agency?
You remove their brand from your slot inventory; their brief stops. If they want to continue independently, refer them to the Solo plan and earn 25% × 24 months.
Do you charge per recipient if we forward to multiple people inside our client?
No. Forward freely. Briefs are HTML emails, not seats.
How do you source the data?
Public Shopify storefront feeds. Every SKU referenced in a brief links to the live PDP for verification. No scraping of authenticated data, no Shopify Admin API misuse.
Will Shopify approve of this?
Yes. Agentically is a Registered Shopify Partner; AgentFeed uses only public storefront data, which is the same surface any merchant exposes to the open web. We comply with Shopify's API License + AUP.
Can we white-label fully (no AgentFeed logo at all)?
Pro and Custom tiers only. Starter shows a small "powered by AgentFeed" footer line.
Refund policy?
First month refundable in full if you've sent < 50 brief-emails. After that, monthly subscription, cancel anytime, no proration.
Payment methods?
